Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are as follows:

- If your total order value is under £20.00 the cost of delivery is £3.99

- Delivery is FREE for all orders over £20.00

Your order will be dispatched at 4PM each working day and will be delivered by Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.

A signature will be needed upon delivery. Should you be out when your parcel arrives a missed delivery card will be left for you. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of ordering please contact us as soon as possible so we can try and locate it. 

If you experience any problems with an order, please let us know within 28 days of the date of order.

Returns Policy

If at any time, or for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your items, we’ll give you a full refund with no fuss, no time limit and with free return postage. It’s all part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Every product we sell is thoroughly tested, and our guarantee is your assurance that each item has met our exacting requirements. We hope you will be delighted with all of our products, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll happily refund your money without delay.
